Lately, I’ve been trying to change my eating habits to help elevate my moods. I’ve been a cranky monster for the past few months and I honestly think it has a lot to do with the foods I’ve been putting in my body. I did some research and came up with my very own mood boosting foods list.
I’ve expermented with these foods for a week and I’ve got to say it helped me so much. I’ve been in a great mood! I also included taking vitamin b6 and E. Also it works best if you avoid caffeine, salty foods, alcohol, and sugar. I had no idea caffeine made people irritable. It’s kind of hard to cut all of these out of your diet all together but it will help tons if you just limit yourself to small amounts a day.
So far I’m really like the effects it has given me. I feel full of energy and happy :)
