Lately, I’ve been trying to change my eating habits to help elevate my moods. I’ve been a cranky monster for the past few months and I honestly think it has a lot to do with the foods I’ve been putting in my body. I did some research and came up with my very own mood boosting foods list.

I’ve expermented with these foods for a week and I’ve got to say it helped me so much. I’ve been in a great mood! I also included taking vitamin b6 and E. Also it works best if you avoid caffeine, salty foods, alcohol, and sugar. I had no idea caffeine made people irritable. It’s kind of hard to cut all of these out of your diet all together but it will help tons if you just limit yourself to small amounts a day.

So far I’m really like the effects it has given me. I feel full of energy and happy :)

It’s late, like 9:00 pm late, and the cable men just showed up to work on the lines. Tell me how in the hell you can possible rewire our entire house in the dark? Not a good idea. Not to mention I wanted to get a decent nights rest tonight. They were supposed to be here at 5 this evening but instead they come at 9:00?! That’s cable men for you I suppose.

Now I sit here in the mess created by us moving all the furniture around so they can reach the cables, and I’m thinking Is cable really worth all this hassle? I don’t even watch tv anyway.

It keeps the husband happy though. I guess that’s all that matters. Heres to hoping they get done and out of here at a decent hour. Keeping my fingers crossed for some beauty sleep..and dinner [that didn’t get made because of waiting for these darn people!]

A fresh start

After months of not being on tumblr, I decided to get back into it. So I logged on and did a complete makeover to my old tumblr account. I even got a new name! I was finally happy with what I created and BAM! I got logged out on accident and lost my account due to a bad e-mail address. I’m sort of bummed out, but at the same time I suppose it gives me a fresh new start. So if any of you come across my old blog and notice It looks just like the new one, well you know what happened ;)

I’m honestly excited to have a fresh new start on this site!
